BOOKING POLICY

PAYMENT POLICY:

Flexible - 7 days: the client pays the total amount of the reservation in 7 days before arrival.

•PARTIALLY REFUNDABLE rate - 50% / 14 days: the client pays 50% of the total cost after the reservation and the remaining amount in the 14 days before arrival.

•NON-REFUNDABLE rate: the client pays 100% of the total cost after the reservation there is no refund for modification or cancellations. If you prefer to pay in cash at the time of your check-in, you can pay with USD or MXN and the payment is returned with the card. If the credit card provided does not allow the issuance of the payment, the client will be notified no more than 2 times, by not receiving changes or other payment methods, the hotel will have the right to cancel the reservation. After the first night if a client does not arrive, it is a NO SHOW reservation and the room is free to sell, if a client arrives a day later or more, the reservation is no longer active. Payment by credit card is in Mexican peso at the exchange rate in use at the hotel. The sale prices are in USD, the price in another currency may be different at the time of payment.

•CANCELLATION POLICY Flexible - 7 days: The client can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The client pays the full amount of the reservation if he cancels within 7 days before arrival. The client pays the total amount of the reservation 7 days before arrival.

•PARTIALLY REFUNDABLE - 50% / 14 days: The client pays 50% of the total cost after making the reservation and the remaining amount 14 days prior to arrival. If you cancel after the reservation pay 50% of the total cost, if you cancel within 14 days before arrival pay 100% of the total cost.

•NON REFUNDABLE: the client pays 100% of the total cost after the reservation there is no refund to modify or cancellations. There is no refund whatsoever for: cancellations during vacations, illness, cancellation of flights, strikes, labor disputes, acts of terrorism, acts of war or declared war, due to hurricanes or natural events and any inconvenience that this may cause , for any weather conditions. After the first night a client does not arrive, it is a NO SHOW reservation and the room is free to sell, if a client arrives a day later or more, the reservation is no longer active. Clients who rent a room at the Hotel Calaluna accept and undertake to comply with all the terms and regulations established in this document and agree to be reimbursed in accordance with the clauses.
